Comments: We purchased the in-home set-up option. Glad we did, the first machine could not be assembled even by the trained technicians. Jared and Andrea in the Sales dept. saw to it that we had a new machine at our home in one week, and it went together perfectly. Absolutely superb customer service to recover from an initial show-stopper. Cudos to them, and to Nordic Track for giving them the authority to move quickly. I can't say enough good things about these two. I hope they represent your entire corporate culture. So far, so good. My wife and I have been on the machine daily since Dec. 10, total 1 to 2 hours per day for the both of us. We're brisk walkers, not runners, so we haven't really 'tested' the machine yet, but it is quiet and feels very robust. We like the simplicity of the displays, and the mostly "one-touch" controls. But in our little "den" room, it's like living with the Starship Enterprise! (I guess that's part of the robustness.) When we were researching which treadmill to get, we noticed that belt-centering issues were mentioned in some reviews of this product. We found the belt on-center when we got the machine, and after supposing it was a bit tight from the factory, talked to your tech support folks about loosening it to avoid excess fatigue on the motor, which they recommended and which we did. The process was simple, and the belt is still reliably on-center.
