Comments: I purchased the elliptical because I live in an area that is not conducive to outdoor walking. I am a 54 year old woman with a desk job, about 25 lbs overweight. I only work out on the elliptical for 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week (most weeks). I try to alternate my intensity level during the 25 minutes to maximize the benefits. I have only lost about 10 lbs., but I have total confidence that if I put more into the workouts, I would see greater results. I like the elliptical because it is very easy on my joints and feet.
