Best decision I ever made

Comments: I have spent years suffering from lower back pain, which I attribute to pounding the pavement. I purchased this treadmill for the reflex deck. What a difference it has made in the reduction of my lower back pain. However, if you are a runner like I am you need to get out and breathe the fresh air. I did so for about 3 weeks and am now suffering from lower back pain again. If you are like me and suffer from injuries associated with pounding the pavement this treadmill is a great option for your running needs.
