Comments: I was told by my doctor to exercise more. He said I should walk 30 minutes a day. I went on line to check on treadmills. While looking, I came upon ellipticals. I found out ellipticals are better for older people. They are easier on the knees. I am 83 years old, so I choose the easier on the knees route. I have this machine for 2 months, and it is fantastic!! I get a good workout everyday. No big deal putting it together. It took me about 2 hours, by myself.
Workouts are even better with the all new AudioStrider 990 elliptical that features a new 18" to 20" stride length. The stride adjusts from 18" to 20" as you increase the incline up to 30% so you get even more muscle recruitment in each motion. Our legendary smooth motion is still intact as well as all of the features that made the last AudioStrider 990 our most popular elliptical. Experience what thousands of NordicTrack customers have already discovered with the AudioStrider 990.
