Comments: I really like my elliptical machine, but I was a little disapointed in the quality of it. Luckily, I am a small person, so I'm not concerned about putting too much wear and tear on it. But, when it arrived there were a few cracked parts, nothing that I felt an urgent need to call customer service on - it all worked fine, but I did have to scrape out some plastic in the wheel area as it was causing resistance and noise. (and still does slightly scrape). I think this may be a better item to pick up rather than ship as I think it takes a beating in the shipping process. Overall, I like how the machine works, I usually keep mine around the 20% incline and just go at my own pace, anything over a level 3 is WAY too hard of a resistance for me. I have tried many other ellipticals at gyms and this one definitely has a stronger resistance, though it has slightly loosened since I bought it back in November. I like that I can plug my Ipod directly into the machine. It's a nice feature. I do wish that you could use the heart rate monitor whenever you wanted, rather than just on specific heart rate "programs."A great machine for the price and for somebody who uses it semi-regularly. I think if it was used everyday by a larger person, I'd be worried about it holding up.Oh and it is really easy to slide around and move in my basement, a great plus!
