Comments: Bought the ACT Commercial Elliptical in March. Assembly went fine, maybe 2 hours. After about 2 weeks developed "bumping" on right side. Contacted Customer service. They sent the parts for what they thought it was. Service Tech arrive and found a loose bolt internally. Had it going in no time. Whole process took maybe a week. I thought everyone did a great job of handling my problem. Knocked off 1/2 a star because it started knocking so soon. Customer service was excellent.
