Comments: A year ago I had surgey on my knee for a miniscus tear due to much running. I am 45 and I needed to find an alternative that would be challenging, low impact on my knees and keep my heart rate up. After much research I chose the A.C.T..Upon climbing onto the machine i was surprised by how solid and sturdy the machine is. The stride is very smooth and quiet. I use this machine 6-7 days a week for 40-45 minutes,reaching 20 on the resistance level and have not experienced a single problem, that says alot about the quality.My joints are feeling great and i look forward to the new challenge every day. Either by using a preset workout, the i fit card or just going about it on my own. Well done NordicTrack.
