Comments: I have used a ConceptII rower since 1986 and beleive that I got a good aeorobic workout.However, after using various elipical machines in hotels I decided to make the switch. After doing some reseach, I purchased the A.C.T.Lots of parts, but manageable. It made the clanking noise, but was fixed with a couple of shims by the tech dispatched from Nordic. I would rate their customer service 4 stars.The bottom line, is that I am getting a hell of a workout in 30-45 minutes. Most noticable is the difference in Core and leg muscles. Highly recommend it.
