Comments: This treadmill is extremely heavy and requires 2 persons to move/put together. Like a previous reviewer said the wiring is very short. It is barely long enough to connect. There were also a few missing holes that were required for screws. After assembling treadmill, it did not work. After calling customer service we were advised to look under motor. This is where we found a disconnected wire. After that, treadmill worked...well that is for awhile. Treadmill kept going into " calibration " mode. It took approx 15 minutes of turning on/off treadmill before the "calibration" mode would go away. Spoke to customer service again and they tried to recalibrate it with me without success. They advised me they would send me a new panel. This was on backorder and took approx 6 weeks to arrive. When part finally arrived it wasn't protected in the box. Needless to say, it was busted. Waiting another 6+ weeks for the 2nd one to arrive. Hopefully this one will be packed in bubble wrap at least. I bought this treadmill in Nov and now it is Apr so hopefully I will have it working properly in the near future. The speakers and fan are mediocre, but much better than not having any. For the most part this is a decent treadmill for the price. There is room for improvement in Nordic Track customer service.
