Comments: I took a chance and bought the elite 9500 instead of spending big money on a Landice. Had an initial problem with the lower manual mode controls however one call and a few days later a technician came out and quickly resolved the issue ( a loose wiring harness). While you can tell it's not the quality of high end machines the treadmill performs well. The adjustable firmness works great. My wife has some orthopedic problems and finds it comfortable to walk on. I'm a 55 Y/O runner and the machine absorbs impact well at the medium setting. A few negatives if you are smaller than 5'5'' the LCD screen is problematic. When pausing the machine it stops kind of abrupt. The IfIT maps often don't download (but cool). All and All it's a good machine for the money, very sturdy, good feel, and lots of features.
