Comments: Husband & I assembled this in less than 2 hours with out 're-doing' any steps. Directions were clear & we had all the parts laid out. I would not have been strong enough to secure the screws, but it takes two to hold the treadmill & assemble some steps anyway. Am still learning the options. I like to vary my speed & times while husband wants one speed for a set amount of time without variations so this works great for us. Pretty quiet & easy to read display. Very easy to raise & lower - jusdt keep your toes clear! We are not athletes nor will we ever be. But for a couple of 60 years olds, this is ideal.
