Comments: I'm 73. I've had my Nordic Track Pro for about 30 years. I use it 4-6 times a week for 40 minutes. The pad is a bit worn, the pull cords have been replaced a number of times, and there are spots of corrosion here and there from sweat. I keep it at the highest elevation and the tension set at 9. It is phenomenal. I wish all my other investments did as well.
