Comments: You name it, I have worked out on it. I have a few favorites, street-walking, Nordictrack treadmill and I had one of the Nordictrack ellipticals (stairstepper) for a while. I love, love, LOVE this skier! I am 45 and have been a regular exerciser for two years, completely changing my lifestyle and eating habits. I would never go back and being without this skier it would seem like a limb was lost. I do a variety of workouts so as not to get bored but this one is the least jarring, and most intense as far as full body workout that really burns massive calories. Worth every penny, but most people don't realize it is not your average movement, seems a little un-natural at first - stick with it, you get used to it and it's awesome!
