Comments: I was looking forward to riding my exercise bike but but as of now I have owned it for about a month and haven't been able to. When it got here the plastic cowling that encases the lower mechanism of the bike was broken. I called Nordic track and after waiting about 15 minutes before a customer service rep actually spoke to me I told her about the broken parts and she said they would send the parts. I told them they needed to send service too because it took a special wrench to get the peddle arms off so you could change the cowling parts. I was initially told they couldn't do that but with a little insistence they said they would send a service person to change out the parts. About 10 days later the replacement cowling arrived and the serviceman was here a few days after that only to find they had shipped the wrong parts. The serviceman said they would reorder the parts for us. We called the service company today(a week after the serviceman was to reorder the parts) to ask where the parts were in shipping and when we could expect delivery. We were told they couldn't track the shipping on the new parts because of a glitch in the shipping system. Near as I can tell this entire transaction has been ONE BIG GLITCH! Maybe one day I can actually review the bike...if I ever get to ride it.
