Comments: I have really enjoyed both the CX1055 Elliptical that we have, and the X7i. For home work outs, they get the job done. I have owned the elliptical since 2006, and the X7i since 2010. It's my advise next that has compelled me to write this review. The most important part of the purchase for each has been the 3 year extended service warranties I purchased! 2 years into owning the CX1055, the main panel went out... fixed without hassle, and still working! On the X7i, in June 2013 the panel went out, and was fixed. Today on 10/24/13, the controller for the belt went out, and a technician is being scheduled. Our extended service runs out 11/27/13, so I'm thankful for the timing. Bottom line, the issues have and still concern me, but with the plan they've been fixed. Here's to crossing my fingers that after November the main components have been replaced and things continue to run! Buy the service plan if you're buying expensive exercise equipment!
