Comments: The bike was a snap to assemble. After a few days of relying on my judgement about how hard to exercise and using the manual function to design each exercise period, I started using the built-in trainer programs. The results have been immediate and positive. The 20 programs can be customized and, as my fitness has improved, I have set the resistance above the pre-programmed levels. My routine consists of four one-half hour programs each day (one hour in the morning and one hour in the late afternoon). I have logged 1,000 miles in six weeks. And, yes, the seat should be re-engineered; but, for now, the break-in period for both the machine and rider has passed and I couldn't happier.
