Comments: Bought in January 2012 and have about 80 miles on it. Wonderful design and keeps you entertained while you exercise, however the incline consistently looses its zero level and goes to full down, even though the system reads zero elevation, not negative. This seems to be a problem on a lot of them and they are workign the issue. The customer service is fantastic and I am sure they will fix this eventually. Do not let this stop you from getting it. You will be glad you spent the 2k. *********Official NordicTrack.com Comment - This issue has been resolved on the X9i Incline Trainer**********
