Comments: Started Level 1 and have completed 4 weeks at 3 sessions per week; just finished 12th workout. I like the progressive treadmill control of speed and incline with a warm-up and cool-down period for each session. I also like seeing the effects on heartrate. Haven't experienced any weight loss yet but do feel better. One oddity for me: the volume of the voice instructions is almost impossible to hear well enough to distinguish what she's saying above about 2.5 mph. On my treadmill (Elite 7500), the volume is not controlled by the volume buttons but is separate from the DVD/TV speakers and volume control. Changes in volume have to be made by re-recoding the iFit card itself. Not sure why the iFit audio was given a separate and non-controllable audio system but it is. A bit annoying.
