Comments: I bought the stepper at the end of the summer and have been working out 5 days a week for 30 min and have lost 15lbs. At the end of my work out on the highest setting for difficulty, I am pouring with sweat. It visibly tones your upper thighs and calves. I bought the machine with a protection plan in case of any problems and they said they would replace the machine if broke. Great investment if you like working out at home!!!
