Comments: I just got this machine, and I am thrilled with this product. In a short workout, it felt like I had just run a mile - only without the impact on my joints. It is almost unbelievable that such a small machine could be so effective. I'm really looking forward to exercising. (Note: As mentioned in previous reviews, the instructions lack clarity as to how to get it started. Here's what I did: There is one resistance knob. I turned the knob all the way tight, then all the way loose. Then, pulled each pedal up (heel side) by hand. By adjusting the resistance knob, and pushing the pedals up and down by hand a few minutes, the hydraulics started to activate. This made one pedal stay up, while the other was down. From there, it was just a matter of setting the resistance to a comfortable setting.)
