Comments: I think I like this elliptical the best. Just two minutes on level 1 and I feel so rejuvenated. I've tried treadmills, but they mostly work the legs. I just feel like I've had a total workout with my legs going up and down and my arms moving back and forth. I've been sedentary and this machine does more for me than just walking or jogging on a treadmill. I'm glad to know that there are higher levels of resistance as I build up my strength and endurance. The foot pedals have a firm grip so that my feet stay in place. My feet can even go backwards to work different muscles. And, the various handles allow me to choose how much movement my arms get; stationary or lightly moved. I tried the highest handle today after working on the lower moving handle for a week and that felt really good. I'm interested in getting my lymph system moving so my immune system will be stronger, and it helps to move my arms and legs in more ways than just walking.
