Comments: Unit arrived with what appears to be a defective console. Console does not communicate with base unit, so it is never aware that activity has begun, rendering the programs useless. This appears to be a known issue based on other web site reviews. Called customer service 3 different times over the next 10 days, being placed on hold each time for between 35 - 45 minutes before having to hang up. Received one call back several hours after initial call that went to voice mail with no way to return call other than what had been unsuccessfully tried already. Overall, the build quality of the base unit was excellent. The unit did arrive with the two front plastic feet cracked however.....minor annoyance, but easy to. Fix if we could actually get someone to respond.
