I love the machine but the shipping and delivery was a nightmare. They are quick to charge your credit card but the shipping company did not have the equipment at the warehouse when they had confirmed it's arrival. I have to admit, I hated treadmills in the past. I would get so bored just running in place. But with the X9i, I can go forever!! I love the android screen and the google maps. Awesome machine, this is gym like quality. I love the versatility of the machine, the incline and decline and the workout it gives you. The materials are high quality and this is coming from someone with high standards.

Customer service is not good but Nordictrack x91 is the best workout machine I've ever own, never mind the whole entertainment systems..

I ordered my treadmill April 28, still don't have it. The people at The company are nice, but completely inafective. Lot's of talk, still no treadmill.

While the actual treadmill itself is nice, the ifit feature stopped working shortly after receiving the equipment. We've been working with ifit but the maps feature is not working. I just purchased my X9I and it is so neat! I really like the ifit map program.
One of the negatives is the incline/decline is not accurate. Mine is at 2.5% incline when it says 0... so you are running uphill when the ifit program is on level... I called support and they just said oh well nothing... (Read more)

This treadmill is so fun and amazing!! I was able to run the actual route of the Boston Marathon, through the desert of Arizona to Tombstone, through Yellowstone and much more. Incline trainer arrived with console problems, it didn't not work correctly from the start. Called customer service it took 45 minutes to get approval to send a new console. The parts are being shipped UPS ground so will be at least another week before the machine is safe to use. I hope that once... (Read more)
