Trying to figure it Out.

I watched part of the DVD and then did my own 20 minute step exercise because I like to watch TV programs or a movie when I exercise. It would have been nice to have a basic manuel in addition to the DVD about workout options and the product features. I don't want to have to write notes about what... (Read more)
