I have an eliptical and I go to the gym to lift weights. But I have to come home and exercise on the skier if I want to have a good heart pulse rate. I bought my first NordicTrack in 1988 and I've been a fan ever since. They had one model back then. Now I have this model and use it 30 minutes a day, six days a week. It's a great workout, keeps me in shape, and keeps me sane. I' 52 years old and can't imagine life without it!

I've had my Skier for 12 years. I run, row, and swim. The Skier, however, is the best exercise equipment I've ever used. Glad to see they still make them!

20 Years Daily and It's Still Great!

After using my "skier" for 20 minutes daily (at least 5 days a week), for 20 years, it is still in good condition, costs nothing but my energy, and is attractive and comfortable. It is actually like cross country skiing. I can also read while keeping fit at 68 years old.

Oh, yes! I have counted calories since 8th grade and when my chronic pain therpaist asked me my machine of choice, I said, without hesitation, "My NORDIC TRACK skier!"
