Use it for aerobic workout

Over the past forty years I have owned three Nordic Tracks. Great workout. I use them hard. Keeps me in good physical condition. Father and grandfather died by age 63 from coronary. Outstanding machine. Built to last. Easy to use and maintain. Just put it in front of your TV and watch a movie while exercising and within a day or two, you will definitely notice a difference. Definitely worth the money.
A real workout

Bought one about five years ago really cheap at a garage sale. For the price, a great buy. Works the quads a little more than my treadmill and elliptical.
