great workout

I really love my skiier! It offers a great workout and helped me get into shape before downhill skiing this season. I have a history of joint problems (elbows and hips) and the skiier doesn't bother my joints at all, great non-impact exercise!

I have had ...and used..a nordik track since 1990. I LOVE it. Having just purchased the second one I have to say this unit is not it's predecessor. Ihave owned and used my cross country skier for about 15 years, and love it! I have not had any problems with it, and when I use it 30 minutes a day, it does keep my weight off and my body toned, without any impact on my joints!
Great exercise to help bad knees

I'm a 41 year old Marine with bad knees and I think this is a great compliment to other forms of exercise such as biking and swimming, and modern ellipticals. I wish there was one of these in my gym. I have two at home.
