I'm really enjoying using the iFit cards with our elliptical. I think that the cards provide me with the motivation that I need, and a realistic start to working out. I just started working out and got the iFit cards "Get Fit" 1 & 2 for free. I am only on week 3 and have lost 6 pounds. The workouts are doable, but challenging at the same time. This came with my incline trainer and it is perfect for just starting out (speaking as someone 34,very overweight and out of shape).  Tough

I have level one and for me, it's tough. I have just completed the 20 minute workouts (3 weeks). I'm older and out of shape, so my progression has not been as quick. Definitely challenging.
