Wonderful Equipment

This ball is a wonderful piece of equipment to own!After I purchased the ball and pumped the air in, which was very easy, I began using it right away. What's wonderful about it?*easy to assemble (pump air)*very good instructional guide*abdominal workout better (compared to lying on the floor)
