Amazing piece of equipment a real kick butt workout. I have a small area and could only have one machine and I am so happy I choose this one.

I've been using my skier since 1994. No question the overall best fat burning workout for my body - beats running, whatever else I do. Easy on the joints. You could do this beyond your hundreth year. How many senior runners do you see? Not many.
