With the Interplay™ Music Port you can connect the MP3 player of your choice to listen to your favorite tunes during your workouts. 14 Preset Workout Programs

14 preset programs, ranging from a low-intensity walk to a high-intensity run, automatically adjust the speed of the treadmill-focusing on aerobic, weight loss, or performance goals. This treadmill also comes with two heart rate workouts, which keep your heart rate at either 65% or 80% of your maximum heart rate and two user programs which you can program yourself.
